2013 August 24 Dennis Lunarian Boxing

 Hello my friends, today I woke up at 10:00 am, I did Boxing, 20 min skipping, Strething, 5 rounds shadowboxing with circuit (push ups, sit ups, jumping sqauts), 5 rounds bags and 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 20 low abs, 100 lats and 50 jumping squat. At the end 10 min of cooling down stretching. I bought to eat raspberries, bananas, walnuts, spinach, squash and I will eat some chicken and after that I will eat the spinach with tomato, onion, half spoon of salt, raw oil and carrots.
